We are able to print large document sets for your convenience. Note: Printing is often included as a courtesy and convenience for your transaction when documents are sent one day in advance.

Document Scanning

We have high capacity scanning capabilities to return document packages back to you quickly. Note: Scanning is often included as a courtesy and convenience for your transaction when 10 pages or less.

Additional Staff Witness for Wills

We supply additional staff witnesses for Wills. Trusted individuals to serve as a witness for future protection of your documents. They will travel to the signing location to meet with signers alongside the notary.

We'll get a notary to you soon! We typically recommend scheduling one day in advance to ensure best-processing for your documents. On occasion, we understand there is a need for rush services. Rush Hour Traffic

What to Expect

We are looking to provide you with a great experience! Once you’ve scheduled with us online, you’ll be added directly into our calendar. A notary will then contact you to confirm your preferred signing location. Our notary experts come with years of experience and thousands of transactions behind them.

We will assess the documents according to notary protocol to affirm that you’ll have successful processing and a protected transaction. We’ll take your ID information, you’ll sign any paperwork and then our notarial journal. Just like that, the notary service can often be done in as little as 5 minutes depending on the dynamics of the situation.

Our role as notary is to deter fraud. We identify signers, affirm willingness, and assess that that a situation is on the up and up. We do this to protect the document signer’s intentions and ultimately the transaction. We are not attorneys or representatives of any industry. We cannot give legal advice, provide document answers, or draft paperwork, as we are not attorneys. It is best to be in contact with the document’s receiving agency, a qualified industry professional, or an attorney for answers concerning your paperwork.
